1.Who operates SendTM

SendTM is a product operated by Sors Technology Limited.

Sors Technology Limited is a private company limited by shares incorporated in Hong Kong, with business registration number 73844116 and company number 3132921. In these Terms, “SendTM”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Sors Technology Limited in connection with the SendTM product.

2.Accepting these Terms

By accessing SendTM, creating an account, or using any SendTM feature, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use SendTM.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms.

3.Your account

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when requested and keep it up to date. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and device.

Keep your PIN, one-time codes, recovery information, and other security credentials secret. We will never ask you to share a recovery phrase or security code with another person.

4.Wallet and supported assets

SendTM provides access to wallet technology for supported digital assets. Amounts described or displayed as dollars may represent supported US dollar-denominated stablecoins rather than money held in a bank account. Supported assets, networks, and features may vary by country and may change over time.

Digital assets can be volatile and transactions on blockchain networks may be irreversible. SendTM does not provide investment, tax, or legal advice, and using the service does not guarantee that an asset will maintain its value.

Sors Technology Limited provides wallet technology. It is not a bank, does not issue supported digital assets, and does not provide a custodial, exchange, lending, or investment service. Separate providers may deliver regulated or location-specific services available through SendTM.

5.Transactions, fees, and third parties

Review recipient details, amounts, networks, exchange information, and any displayed fee before confirming a transaction. Once submitted, a transaction may not be cancellable or reversible.

Network operators, payment partners, cash agents, or other third parties may impose their own terms, availability limits, exchange rates, and fees. Third-party services are governed by their own agreements and privacy policies.

6.Verification and compliance

Some features may require identity or business verification. We or our service providers may request information and documents to comply with law, prevent fraud, enforce sanctions, or manage security and operational risk. We may limit or refuse a feature when required information is not provided or cannot be verified.

7.Prohibited use

You must not use SendTM to:

• break applicable law, sanctions, or another person’s rights;
• commit fraud, deception, money laundering, or other financial crime;
• interfere with, reverse engineer, overload, or bypass service security;
• access another person’s account or impersonate another person;
• transmit malware or use automated collection tools without permission; or
• conduct activity involving unsupported assets, locations, or services.

8.Availability and changes

SendTM is provided on an “as available” basis. Features may be delayed, interrupted, restricted, changed, or discontinued because of maintenance, connectivity, network events, legal requirements, partner availability, or other operational reasons.

We do not guarantee that SendTM will work on every device, network, or location.

9.Suspension and termination

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect users, comply with law, investigate misuse, manage risk, or enforce these Terms. You may stop using SendTM at any time and request account deletion by contacting us.

10.Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SendTM and its content are provided without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted operation. We are not responsible for losses caused by user error, compromised credentials, unsupported transfers, blockchain or telecommunications failures, or independent third-party services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11.Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the service, law, or our practices change. We will publish the revised Terms with a new effective date and provide additional notice where required. Continuing to use SendTM after the revised Terms take effect means you accept them.

12.Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre under its applicable administered arbitration rules. The seat of arbitration will be Hong Kong, the tribunal will consist of one arbitrator, and proceedings will be in English.
